I truly believe that everyone has the ability to be immensely creative.
(That includes you!) Everyone has access to an unlimited supply of brilliance. The world around us is fertile with an abundance of great ideas, waiting to be brought to life by you. You just need to open your eyes, know where and how to look, and let your creative self play.
But sometimes we get stuck! Creative block comes along and puts on the brakes.
When you’re in a creative rut, the most important thing to do is to get a fresh perspective.
Going for a walk or doing the dishes often helps quiet my mind and relax and wander and eventually find the good ideas I’m looking for.
When that doesn’t work, I’ve got a list of strategies that I run through to get unstuck.
