I was asked by Society6 to draw a summer camp story for a blog feature, and this is what I came up with. Pretty sure that tent could represent a lot of things in life.
Speaking of summer camp, our family went camping for a week in mid August, and the experience keeps showing up in my work. I've still got trees and tents and fishing on my mind.

Creative Block

Creative block can be super tough. Staring at a blank screen or a blank canvas, not sure what to write or paint... It happens to me all the time. But I've managed to develop a bag of tricks over the years that helps me break through creative block. A big part of it is I carry around a notebook with me wherever I go. I've been doing this for over 10 years.
